HAARP aren't people lol, it's a project, it ties in with the weather, according to my research HAARP is used to modify weather in a small/large portion of america and other places in the world, you should add more bit's so people can understand better, for example talk about the roman numericals on the statue of liberty, etc. And to the guy talkin about 2012, they sorta did, however i dont believe in the 2012 shit, just illuminati Smile
