So some people may believe Aliens exist, other don't believe it one bit, but scientists claim they have found a new planet, Gliese 581d, that could harbour some of the same things that make Human life possible. Liquid water, Atmosphere, oceans, clouds and rainfall, all just 20 light years away, or 117 trillion miles. Scientists claim the new planet is in the "Goldilocks zone", not too near or too far from the sun, too cold or too hot, thus meaning water could exist as liquid form, vital for human survival. However, they claim that the planet could have double the gravity than that on Earth, and a denser air and clouds, keeping the surface in a perpetual murky red twilight. Don't hold your breath just yet though.

I believe 100% in Aliens and you would have to be naive or mentally retarded not to believe in them. But this planet is 20 light years away, this means that we are looking at the planet at what it looked like "20 years ago". So who's to say they can't travel at the speed of light, seen our planet and are on their way now to give us a hand with our environment and people who are a waste of space (i.e. Eastern Europeans in the UK claiming benefits...)

You never know, a few months time from now. NASA have sent their last rocket into space or moon or something I can't remember, so to the point, they could find some aliens or shit

It's so far away that there could already be intelligent life living on it. We wont find out until we go.

Can you tell me where is this telescope situated?? Because I cant find the place in the article and here in Puerto Rico we have the "Arecibo Radiotelescope" that is a giant plate like that :p

Although it's 20 light years away that is relatively close in terms of the universe. To find a planet that could possibly sustain life so close to us, suggests that this type of planet are abundant in the universe. Seems pretty likely that life is not as rare as some people would like to think.
