I myself have the star and you can see it in my post bit to the left under my name and all that shit. Anyway, it looks like a star some kids would be attracted to for some reason...i know NGU members average age is somewhere around, ohhh.....12 right now, but still, some of us are above that age and dont get attracted to flowers and rainbows and dicks like some of the 12 year olds do. I instantly got reminded of the chocolate milkyway stars i used to eat as a kid, which some members obviously wont remember unless if theyre still in production (if they are lemme know so i can sniff some out in the shop to rekindle parts of my childhood that didnt include molestation...of other children). seeing that female star is taking me back to the time of my first boner, yup. it was in a shop when they released that new packaging with the attractive star figure and suddenly this bulge appeared in my pants. im getting off topic here but anyway, basically that is one sexy fuggin star but its not working out here on NGU with it.

Apparently this is an attempt to curb reputation boosting. The addition of this star drastically lowers the period in which a member can no longer grow in terms of reputation, and therefore will demoralize people in terms of boosting their reputation.

So in other words... It stops reputation boosting among the 13 people who currently have the star. As for the remaining 550,000 people, reputation boosting will commence.
