Instead, i'm curious to know if you could run NGU for a day, what would you do? From mods to rep, anything to everything on NGU.

I would keep it simple and just do 4 things...

1. Ban Outsider so my day as boss would turn into a permanent position.
2. Masturbate.
3. ?????
4. Profit

Tbh I wouldn't even think what to change.

These guys do an amazing job here that it would be impossible to better them.
