I am for and against the Death Penalty - The reasons for this is because some people need to be given harsher treatment for what they've done in which they are probably acting like prison is a joke. But i'm against it because of the cruel torcher methods they use, what happens if the person was "obese" and the noose broke when they were sentences the death penalty.

In my opinion the sentence for the crime you've done should be based on what you've done -

You rape some little kid - You get your dick cut off, or raped by a big African American guy.
You kill somebody - You get killed.
You steal from somebody - You get everything stolen from you.

This way it would drive less and less criminals because they would be faced a fact of reality.

But that's my opinion.

Death penalty only for murder.ONLY that.

The Death Penalty is not to show people killing is wrong. It's to deal justice to the people who are law breakers and don't follow even the most basic ethics.

For it. People who do crazy shit deserve to be brought to justice.

I am for the death penalty. I am for it because just think if someone takes your life away, don't you think they should reach the same fate? I do. I mean if someone hsot me I would hope they were ****ing killed with excruciating pain. That's my opinion anyways.

Well, it's good and bad. I think life in prison with no possibility of parole would be more torturous of a fate. We're being hypocrites if we kill someone for killing someone.

How? The death penalty is meant to deal justice not prove anything.

I'd rather die right out and quick due to lethal injection rather than spend my entire lifetime in prison.
