Go for the Ps3 New model released not much difference but you save power ... btw this is a console war waiting to happen :run: so ima leave now and not listen to the 20 people who are about to cry about this, and as you can see some people still havent grown up and stopped crying about consoles..

Go for what your friends have thats the one you will enjoy the most bust xbox does have the better services where as ps3 has blu ray which i have never used and free online and a browser

They haven't had their servers closed for multiple weeks and had personal info released.

Xbox- gets hacked = fix the problems

PS3- gets hacked = just sue the f*** out of everybody

id go with xbox if you play online alot sure its 60 a year but you get the games actually made for the console instead of ported better online servers early dlc ect

Im a ps3 fanboy, but im planning on selling it for an xbox as i play alone :fa:
Overall i think the ps3 is still better but over time that may change.
To me there both good at doing what they do, and im willing to risk the better console to play with my friends :y:

i think you guys are right i going to hang the ps3 up for a bit untill at least it gets cheaper , i dont think a x2 blueray drive is a match agasint xbox's drive in speed only thing is data but most games are installed onto the harddrive l,Some can take only a few MB while others like Oblivion can take up to 2 or 3 GB . u say DLC? yer i kno we all download mb and mb of map packs so no real lost on the blueray thats x2 speed , plus i dont have any blueray movies , prob going xbox i made a xboxlive called MACHINILULZ so i u want add me so when i get it i can go woop i got sum friends lol
