(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay, so I ordered a 'Like-New' copy of Cod4 from an official business on Amazon. When I received the game, it froze the first few times I used it. I washed it with some Windex, and it worked for the most part, but it still momentarily will freeze.

So what I did:
I left some feedback saying what had happened. The company e-mailed me, and said that they could give me a refund and let me keep the game, or they could send me another copy of the game. I chose the extra copy and said I'd take it because it would be a backup if the one that they sold me would stop working.

About 2-3 days later (today), I was e-mailed again, they said that they ordered another like-new copy for me, and that when I receive it, to make sure it works, then send their copy back. I don't want to do this, and I made that clear to them in the e-mail before.

*They requested that I remove the negative feedback that I left them, and I already did that, and it is permanent.

My options:
1. Send it back if the other one works.
2. Tell them I threw the game away because it stopped working.
3. Keep both and ignore the seller.
4. Tell them that I deserve both copies since I removed my negative feedback.

I am on edge about what I should do, but I feel that they should let me keep both games since they offered a full reimbursement to me. I could use a little guidance though.

Tell them to **** off.

For some reason, I knew that somebody was going to say something to that equivalent.

Heres what happend to me, this on eBay, i bought Dr Dre beats headphones for like ~$200 and then when i got them, they were fake, so i left a negative feedback, and contacted customer support, the next day, they shipped me with a new original ones, and gave me a refund and make me keep the old ones.

so in your situation, just keep the one that freezes, and let them give u a refund, then leave them a negative rep...

happens with my cod4 all the time, maybe its the actually game

Negative rep on Amazon is when you leave less that 4 stars and give a negative review on the product you received.
