Well under Norway's penal system, his maximum sentence will be 21 years in what appears to be the cushiest prison system in the world. Anders Behring Breivik can be charged for crimes against humanity, this means he can get a sentence of 30 years of prison/w custody. Breivik can be charged with crimes against humanity. Basically this means he can be charged for war crime, which gives him 30 years in prison. With forvaring/custody.

Custody means he can be sentenced again, after his current. Which means he can and will stay untill he dies in prison.

I think this is a great penile system they ACTUALLY try to reabilitate the prisoners instead of doing next to nothing to change the path there life is on, i actually read a article about this before seeing this and its more of changing there mental health and how they think then anything.

they have unarmed guards all females this lessens the aggresiveness of the inmates the guards eat and train with them, there is an actual human connection on a mental level. having been through the system in america i can tell you there is little to no support to try and change your life for the better, inside is hell always on the lookout for when shit pops off. i was worse off mentally coming out then when i went in

and yes norway has a max of 25 years sentence BUT if they feel you are still a threat to sociaty they review the case and decide if you shouuld be held for another 5 years
its all about reabilitating people changing them to be productive people in society and i for 1 appluade it
