Well under Norway's penal system, his maximum sentence will be 21 years in what appears to be the cushiest prison system in the world. Anders Behring Breivik can be charged for crimes against humanity, this means he can get a sentence of 30 years of prison/w custody. To make matters worse, you're about to witness what his potential holding cell will look like and the features of the prison he will benefit from.

The prison is spread over 75 acres "of gently sloping forest.… To avoid an institutional feel, exteriors are not concrete but made of bricks, galvanized steel and larch; the buildings seem to have grown organically from the woodlands."

Or maybe lesser crimes like Rape gets you a 14 day max stay?

I have no idea of Norway's sentencing guidelines, or penal system, but it would never fly here.
Camden NJ , for example , would be encouraged to commit more crime to get off the street.

WTF! that is messed up, IMO murders, rapists, sex offenders etc should have the most basic living conditions, 6ft sqaure room with just a bed, thin mattress and a toilet and be locked up for ever.
