(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Yes, we're a gaming forum. Yes, this is the internet. This is all the more reason to have a thread dedicated to health and exercise. There's really no structure to this thread. Post all of your health / exercise related needs in this thread, and get the community's opinion on what you should do. Need help balancing a diet? Would you like to drop a few pounds or get a few routines going? This is what this thread will be about.

Or if you'd simply like to share a story concerning a health experience you've had or something you read, feel free.

This is an interesting idea actually. Seeing as my diet is snickers bars and fapping is my only physical activity I should give this a shot.

Probably would be beneficiary, granted snickers bars isn't exactly a healthy diet. The thing many people think is that a healthier, more balanced diet is, well, not desirable. That fruits and veggies are not and never can be delicious. It all comes down to the willingness to try new things and the understanding the taste buds can indeed change overtime.

And yes, this has been posted before, but clearly the activity level in said thread is gone.

Well I would give some advice to people who want to increase their fruit intake. I used to make a smoothie every second day in the mornings and it was a good filling breakfast. Starting out is tricky though, if you have a smoothie everyday you can expect to be visiting the toilet frequently. So take it easy. :p

That's why I'd say a balanced diet is important. Contrary to popular belief, you can have too much of a good thing.

At least I can fight
I often shoot hoops in the back yard when I feel stuffy, let's off gaming steam and benefits me physically, I have a mini free running course set up which consists of a trampoline, garage, tall tree with many branches easy to climb and a zip line to the garage :P I always loved it, think it's good exercise and infant quite fun ^_^ As for health I like strawberries and melons

I never claimed to be a professional. I'm sharing what I've learned over a year of thorough study of health, diet, and exercise.

I have a high metabolism, so keeping off the fat has always been easy. I've had abs since middle school and have been under 10% fat for as long as I can remember...and I'm 26. Though, I run and pump iron 4 days a week. Just go out and run a few miles a week, do some push ups, you'll look better and live a healthier life.
