(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Yes, we're a gaming forum. Yes, this is the internet. This is all the more reason to have a thread dedicated to health and exercise. There's really no structure to this thread. Post all of your health / exercise related needs in this thread, and get the community's opinion on what you should do. Need help balancing a diet? Would you like to drop a few pounds or get a few routines going? This is what this thread will be about.

Or if you'd simply like to share a story concerning a health experience you've had or something you read, feel free.

Football practice starts today, and goes on for like a month straight. I should lose a few pounds. Maybe in sweat alone.

American football.

It's really not that hard. Go get a $10 2-day pass at the gym and find something you enjoy doing there. If you want a membership, go for it, runs about $40 monthly. I can say promising yourself to do push ups or situps in your house isn't as effective as going to a gym.

I've had a giant mole on my back since birth. Should I be worried?

You could go the healthy route, or you could do as I do. Eat and drink what you want when you want, and enjoy life. Don't see the appeal of being in the gym constantly. Save the comments saying "you're only saying that because you're fat"... I'm about 12 stone and 5"11

The fact of the matter is that unhealthy people are generally less happy than healthy people. You say "enjoy life" by eating and drinking whatever you want. Frankly I think there's a lot more to life than that. Being so strict on your diet that you can't splurge here and there is one thing, but a healthy lifestyle correlates into a happier person and a more fulfilling life.
