I asked her to pay me back the $80, but she refuses to pay me back. She makes $200+ a week and she's 17, so she's able to pay me back she just doesn't want to! I have a job myself so she expects me to buy myself a new set of Turtle Beach Px21's even though she broke them.

So the question is, how do I get her to pay me back? I already told my parents but they dont give a ****.

Well, he did mention that she "threw" them on the floor... Even if she broke them by accident, she should be a good enough of a person to reimburse the rightful owner. I know I would.

Anyway... If she really refuses to pay, ask her what she would do if YOU broke something that she truly cares about and refused to pay for it. If she's just going to be a b*tch about it... Nothing you can do without being an asshole. She just needs to wake up and get her morals right.

You can ask her all you want but she's not going to pay you back.. you'd end up going out and buying a new pair yourself..

Break her stuff on accident. See if parents care. If yes then they don't love you.
