I asked her to pay me back the $80, but she refuses to pay me back. She makes $200+ a week and she's 17, so she's able to pay me back she just doesn't want to! I have a job myself so she expects me to buy myself a new set of Turtle Beach Px21's even though she broke them.

So the question is, how do I get her to pay me back? I already told my parents but they dont give a ****.

I'm with Winning on this one go break something of hers and maybe that will show her.

Solved: I told her that if she didn't pay me back by the end of the day then I'd get her back.. so today is Thursday and I just ordered Turtle Beach Px3s of the internet with her debit card :]

Interfering with something of value that belongs to her out of vengeance would be childish. It would only complicate the issue. The best advice I could give you is to ask her politely for any amount of cash which will help you afford another headset. If she refuses, then don't dwell on it; some people are like that. Just set an example by raising the money on your own in a humble manner. Who knows, maybe you will cause her to feel lament in the process- but revenge isn't the way to go....
