Just do some light sport and eat well. Building muscle at your age is not a good idea, you will be sorry in the long run because it will stunt your growth. Eat a balance of all things. I personally, eat a lot of pasta as I find it gives me energy. Start training by jogging or swimming, it loosens up your body well.

I'm sort of your age (15 next month) you should start lifting light weights (1-5kg) it may seem not enough but trust me, you don't wanna be tiny :p, also just put on a few pounds, but not too much, remember fat = muscle, without fat you're not going to get any muscle.

A few push ups are good, it works your mid section and your arms, there are better alternatives to sit-ups too. I'm sure you could find a few diagrams on the web to help demonstrate them. Just stay away from weights, that will stunt your growth because you're quite young.

It's not a good idea to do any at your age dude. You have a short period of time to increase your height. You can build muscle easily when your about 16+ and have stopped growing. If you do weights you will regret it dude, I have a few friends who did weights too early and they never grew that tall.
