I am 13, Normal.

How should I start training?

What should I be eating?

What vitamines do I need?

Whats the best methods getting sixpack, bigger biceps and so on....

I was trying to help the guy out, you should research some more, without fat you wont get any muscle, look at all anorexic people, they don't eat any fat, and can barely lift anything. There was no need for you to flame/groan me, or frankly anybody that tried to help the guy. It's up to him weather or not how much he lifts. Yes you can gain a little bit of muscle without fat, but if you want to have a 6pack like the guy asked, then you need to put on a few pounds. /end discussion with you. Good bye Smile
