PS. for any1 who doesent know what stocky is its when you are not skinny but your not fat,you look at little bit chubby but your healthy,its really hard to explain so i hope some people know what it is :L
Y'all wrong. You can do sit-ups all day everyday and not see a difference. You need to burn the fat on your stomach for them to show. The best way is running. More specifically sprinting. This burn calories like ****. Put in all your effort and as fast as you can for how long you can. Slow down to a walk or jog, and continue for maybe 2 minutes in total of sprinting, or until you are completely ****ed. This is known as High Intensity Interval Training. Jogging and sprinting, jogging and sprinting. You body eventually get's used to jogging, because you're doing the same thing each and every time, sort of like walking. Sprinting, however, changes with you. Your speed and distance, working your body to the max, hence why sprinters are bulky, with a pack and thigh muscles and marathon runners are long and lean. It also helps you run longer and faster than just general jogging. You don't need to do sit-ups or crunches. All these do is harden your abs, so you don't need to do them until you get your fat down. Sprinting also works your abs, you can feel it the next day.
Cut down on fatty foods, beer, snacks. Eat fruit for snacks as they are more nutrient dense, giving you more energy than say cookies. Eat meat (steak), fish and so on, high protein foods. Google is the best bet for that.
Don't waste your time doing sit ups, get out sprinting and ignore these that say they got a six pack in 2 week from doing 100 sit-ups a erryday. They are either lying or were just completely anorexic.
