(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys! It's been a while since I've been on..as some of you know I was away at flight school doing training for 9 months.. Smile I got my commercial pilot license but unfortunately I've also gained 30 lbs lol half muscle half fat. :p I put on a little tummy which I want to get rid of. I also want my muscles more defined so any advice on diet/daily work out routines you guys do? *Note* I'm not looking for any of those fat cutting supplements or any of that garbage :p Thanks guys! Smile

Just go out and jog, the key is to change up your workout. Try to do it faster each time. When the fat comes off, then you want to do strength training.

Yea defiantly lose the fat first then work on the muscles, to lose fat just do average workouts daily for 30 minutes but more is better but if you want it gone asap then a diet and hard workouts are required

Don't worry about "exercise routines" yet, just get on the treadmill or go out and jog for a half an hour a day. Maybe change up your diet a bit.

Cool story bro!
70% Diet 30% Workout.

All you need is a deficit from total consumed and total workout.

A diet what I'm doing it called a "keto" diet where you cut off carbs but gain energy from proteins and fats.

A community behind this is www.reddit.com/r/keto
