All you need is a deficit from total consumed and total workout.

A diet what I'm doing it called a "keto" diet where you cut off carbs but gain energy from proteins and fats.

The majority of the weight you've gained is probably all fat,not muscle.
Muscle gain can only be achieved through resistance/weight training.
The body stores the extra calories you consumed and deposits that as fat,for later use.
If that fat is not used/burnt up,more fat is piled on resulting in weight gain.
Since your goal is to lose weight, reduce your food intake with each meal as this will allow your stomach to properly digest and distribute the energy .
Cut out junk food as it's the major culprit in putting on the pounds and is unhealthy for the body.
Excercise using weights and do some cardio workouts for that extra boost to burn off the fat.
If you have access to a gym, even better.

you can try jogging, only drinking water (soda for special days) and not eating prosest/fatty foods.for dinner have noodles mixed with small grilled bits of chicken,it has very low fat but after eating it you feel full unlike most diets which leave you wanting more.
