I got my commercial pilot license but unfortunately I've also gained 30 lbs lol half muscle half fat. :p I put on a little tummy which I want to get rid of. I also want my muscles more defined so any advice on diet/daily work out routines you guys do? *Note* I'm not looking for any of those fat cutting supplements or any of that garbage :p Thanks guys!
