Looking at the member list, it would appear that about 22 members have decided to prestige so far. :O
13 of the 36 total staff have done it and about 440K in rep points was traded in to do the prestige in all. :rolleyes:
I looked at newer membership to see how many may have decided to do it and found that of the 15,386 members who have joined the site since April 1st this year and have at least 5 posts, only 17 could prestige if they choose to and only 1 could do it at the 10k number in the future.
None have elected to do it yet...:p
There are 240 members that still qualify to prestige, at present, and 74 members that could prestige at the 10K cost in the future.
In the future it will take a member, who has prestiged, 166 rep hits, or 1,000 combined thanks and nominations to make his next presitge level. :confused:

I can see it being a good idea but 2 questions:
1. How do i check my rep power now?
2. Can I keep my left over rep after prestiging other wise it is a waste. I could just keep my stars as they look nicer anyway.

For me, that is the issue.
I believe your rep power is reset along with the rep points, so you would have to gain 5700 in rep points to get the cap of 60 in rep power.
As well as giving up everything you have on top of the current 5K prestige rate.
If the rep cap of 60 in rep power given is kept the same, no one that prestige's will be able to reach the cap.
The rep power link doesn't seem to be working right now. But you can find it in this thread in forum games : You must login or register to view this content.
That was a big thread last year when rep was all the rage..

I think mine was about 115 back when rep power wasnt taken away.
I'll have a look to see what it is and test it on a certain mod who i might be quoting :dumb:
but where is rep now? its not showing.
