1st problem

I bought a JTAG xbox console off a guy from TTG, it cost me £90 and everything was going smoothly, the guy sent the console about 3 weeks after I purchased it, I was mad but I got on with it, turned out the console was faulty, so I told him, and I sent it back, he said he would fix it then send it back later. I waited a week and decided I would rather a refund. He ignored my emails for about 2 months and I recently sent one about threatening to close his paypal account, he replied saying he was going to ignore further emails and that I wouldn't get my jtag for a while.

I tried to set up a dispute on paypal but the transaction was over 45 days old (still is now). I can't be ****ed to call paypal and I most likely won't get the refund if I call them.

WHAT DO I DO?!

2nd problem

I bought a program off this guy from HF, it didn't belong to him, but he told me he was allowed to sell it, I bought it for $30. He told me he would give me updates for it etc. A week after I bought it, the bot froze often. Two weeks after this, I realized there was an update for it, I contacted him and he sent me the update, turns out it was the program renamed with a higher name (i.e. v2.0 with the name v3.0). He has ignored all of my skype messages and I sent the money as a gift, and it is 45 days old. Again I can't be ****ed to call paypal and I most likely won't get the refund if I call them.

WHAT DO I DO?!

VBUCKS TO THE PERSON WHO HELPS ME OUT AND GETS ME MY REFUND.

Your best bet is to call paypal and explain everything.

I don't know why, but it's ****ing embarrassing :\ also, I bought a JTAG, which is illegal....?

Sorry but the moral of the story is dont buy crap like that off guys on forums, Especially expensive stuff.
Just stick to buying from reliable sources.
Your best bet is to contact paypal and if you fail just keep trying and trying til eventually someone gives in :y:

First problem, only way is to contact paypal. Doesn't matter if you bought a JTAG. It is not there concern why you bought it. Call them and tell them everything 100% that happened and it should be solved they would moderate your paypal and shit will be solved.

with the first problem im not sure if paypal will help you because its a jtag'd console,but with the second problem you will most likely get your money back if you ring them up.tell them that the guy said it was a working program and he was allowed to sell it and he would send you updates,but now he is just ignoring you and not sending updates.other than that there isint much you can do,maybe stop buying stuff like that off the internet you know.hope i helped

If you explain that you wanted the JTAG ONLY!!! for use of games you have bought legally and backed up then it may be allowed.

I am not sure if JTAG's are illegal and guessing from the '?' at the end of the sentace im gonna say your not sure as well.
