1st problem

I bought a JTAG xbox console off a guy from TTG, it cost me £90 and everything was going smoothly, the guy sent the console about 3 weeks after I purchased it, I was mad but I got on with it, turned out the console was faulty, so I told him, and I sent it back, he said he would fix it then send it back later. I waited a week and decided I would rather a refund. He ignored my emails for about 2 months and I recently sent one about threatening to close his paypal account, he replied saying he was going to ignore further emails and that I wouldn't get my jtag for a while.

I tried to set up a dispute on paypal but the transaction was over 45 days old (still is now). I can't be ****ed to call paypal and I most likely won't get the refund if I call them.

WHAT DO I DO?!

2nd problem

I bought a program off this guy from HF, it didn't belong to him, but he told me he was allowed to sell it, I bought it for $30. He told me he would give me updates for it etc. A week after I bought it, the bot froze often. Two weeks after this, I realized there was an update for it, I contacted him and he sent me the update, turns out it was the program renamed with a higher name (i.e. v2.0 with the name v3.0). He has ignored all of my skype messages and I sent the money as a gift, and it is 45 days old. Again I can't be ****ed to call paypal and I most likely won't get the refund if I call them.

WHAT DO I DO?!

1.) JTags are NOT I repeat NOT ILLEGAL. So stop worrying about that and spreading that rumor.
For that matter jailbroken PS3's, Rooted Android phones, hacked Blackberry phones, Jailbroken iPhones are ALSO NOT ILLEGAL!
It's what you do with it that matters.
Run homebrew - LEGAL
Get pirated games - ILLEGAL.

2.) Sadly I don't know anything about Paypal other than it's completely ****ing evil and I refuse to use it at this current time of Internet hacking.
I'd call Paypal, but if they have a 45 day policy and it's over that you're most likely out of luck. Moral of the story, don't buy stuff from those people EVER!

I would play cod 5 custom zombies with you but a few problems:
Mods dont show up and i have the folders and mods in correct locations
I cant do multiplayer
It is so laggy but i though my laptop (i5 Processor, Intel HD Graphics)

I might reinstall windows once i have mac os x lion (iAtkos L1) installed as im trying to dualboot.
