Hey NGU-bros,
I bet most of you, when not lurking on NGU, are working a pretty decent job.
While working in a restaurant, I've seen some things that I wouldn't want the customers to know.
I work as a chef, and we don't really care a lot about hygiene. Most kitchens don't. If something falls on the ground, we mostly don't throw it out but just use it.
Or when making fruit-sauces/jams, we always use rotten fruit. It really doesnt matter, it doesnt make you sick or anything but its pretty disgusting if you think about it:dumb:.
So guys, what are your work secrets?
