im asking this because ive got myself in a little situation. i recently started doing some not so good stuff which im not regretting, but i kind of feel like people are avoiding me because of it :/ i know i shouldnt care what others think about it but when my freinds invite me over to "talk" and it turns out its an intervention, im starting to see what they are saying

To the people that dont do dont do drugs, do u avoid people that do, or does it not change your opinion of the person?

I think visiting a physiologist may be taking the whole cure thing too far, so instead of paying hundreds of dollars (or whatever currency system you have :p) to visit a physiologist, just go to the people that care for you, they're free and probaly will help you out the most. So take the time to listen to them

Drugs lead to only two ways in life,getting locked up or dying.I just say stay away from them,people that usually do drugs(let's just say)are mislead in life and don't know what to do.You either do drugs due to emotional stress in life,as some way to cope with it.You most likely do them because you like the way it makes you feel.Idk but that's just my opinion,just don't do it around others.This will maintain a safe enviroment for Adults and especially kids,the most important. I think you should be asking maybe a specialist or something on the topic,not really members of NGU.I just hope you do find some way to break free,good luck bro.

If your friends/family are having an intervention, then thats probably a red flag to stop. It means your acting much differently, and not in a good way.

Drugs are fine if your doing them safe ( i know sounds like you can't do them safe, but you can )
As long as you have fun, with your mates not pissing anyone off its fine.

^ for drugs that aren't too hard, ie weed

marijuana has been proven to help cure cancer,it also relieves pain ALOT for people going trough chemo.and yes it does relieve stress,i know someone who the doctor actually recommended marijuana because she was in extreme depression and had a medical marijuana card.but ye the two things i have just listed arent good and the war on drugs is a complete success not a waste of money.also i dont think you even know what your talking about,do some research before you try talking out your ass.

ok the drugs arnt affecting anyone in my family. like unless i told them they would have no idea that i did stuff like that. it doesnt effect me for a long lasting time or permenately. once i lose my high or whatever im just like i was before i got high

ummm, If you want to smoke dope and live in your high dream all the time, thats fine with me. but doing drugs is how you lose friends. nobody wants to be friends with somebody going nowhere in life.

Pot is okay to an extent, anything other well face it.. A great trip. But is it worth the price of losing your family & friends? No. Acid, meth, coke, ecstasy, mushies so on will **** you up!
