(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I need help to find a good protein powder that doesn't taste too bad, but also doesn't have a lot of calories in it, if anyone knows a few that have worked for them/people they know quote me/message me about it, and don't tell me to just eat red meat and that as I'm vegetarian, and protein shakes are better imo as I won't need to change my diet much.

Thanks in advance, also if you give good info I might rep you Smile

I don't really use protein drinks when i train - but i can tell you this, if it tastes nice then its full of $hit and things you dont want in there. Also, to a extent, it doesn't matter how much protein it says in it has - it could have 30g of protein in each shake you make but your body only use says 10-20g? Thats just wasted product. As well as that - this is just trial and error - not everyone has the same reaction to the same shakes, if you can - try and just buy samples of different shakes and see what works best for you.

Here are some basic whey protein. Can be taken anytime of the day but preferably after workout.
Cheap Walmart Shit: You must login or register to view this content.

Hydro Whey is special because it digests faster, therefore it it great for post workout.

You also have Casein which it a slow digestive protein. It is mostly taken at night where your body has time to digest it.

U aware brah?

OP, try not to rely on supplements as much as possible but everybody uses protein shakes. Also look into getting omega fish oils and possibly a multi-vitamin. A lot of people on here will advise you wrong and most don't even lift, it is a gaming forum after all. Like lavenous bob reccomended in his last link, get ON whey protein %100 Gold Standard. Go to a nearby vitamin shop or any store that sells it and pick it up. This is what it looks like -> You must login or register to view this content. Try not to by from bb.com though, it's more expensive.
