I need help to find a good protein powder that doesn't taste too bad, but also doesn't have a lot of calories in it, if anyone knows a few that have worked for them/people they know quote me/message me about it, and don't tell me to just eat red meat and that as I'm vegetarian, and protein shakes are better imo as I won't need to change my diet much.
Thanks in advance, also if you give good info I might rep you
If you want to beef out abit, providing you're going the gym and lifting weights ect..to help. Then i'd suggest start knocking back creatine capsules. They're usually around £30-40 per 250 capsules. The only downside is that it gives you an increases in spots. It's worth it though.

I personally go to publix and get BIG 100 Protein bars, they'r 100 calories, and have on average 23-27 grams protein each. They'r filling, and are all the protein you'll need that day. If your lifting or something else, go with whey protein (I use body fortress, 27 uses, $17) For just a protein supplement mix it with water. For mass gaining (muscle) I mix it with some banana, skim milk, and peanut butter and put it in a blender. I also use cretin before lifting during football season, gets you big as ****. But yeah just to get your daily supplement, I really recommend those BIG 100 bars. They'r filling, so their perfect for mid day snacks if you get hungry around that time, theyr 100 calories, and theyr like $2, so its about the same price as a candy bar. The caramel pretzel flavor tastes like a butterfingers somewhat, and it has the most protein in it than the other flavors. I know it isn't a shake, but it works just as well.
