Have you ever used copyright material for streaming?
Have you ever uploaded game play from your favorite game & ETC?
So have you ever done any of those things? Most likely you have if you're on NGU! (LOL)
Well this bill says the penalty could be up to five years of prison time. It defines illegal streaming as streaming ten or more times in a 180 day period. Furthermore, the value of the illegally streamed material would have to be greater than $2,500, or the licensing fees would have to be over $5,000.
GOOD NEWS!
“This isn’t about individuals or families streaming movies at home,” Klobuchar said in an e-mail after today’s vote. “It’s about criminals streaming thousands of dollars worth of stolen digital content and profiting from it.”
Thats the thing the bill is still under work and and other things, So how do you think it will work?
Personally I think the law will be to sites like PUTLOCKER.COM and the users that upload the stuff to them to make money from illegally pirated movies uploaded to stream!
How do we stop this?

not totaly true, for example war criminals, its was accepted then but they are hunted now
