Answer (from me): He gave his password awey to me and to the public, If he gave hes password awey so haven't I hacked him. He has also got hes facebook account back and hes just 11 Years old, if you read the facebook's rules so is it an text there it says, +13 ONLY.

Please should I be scared or what? I have no idea what i should do because I really don't want them to go to the police / my highschool.

Right. This is the thing to do:

Send the parents an email saying that there Son GAVE you the password without any threats being passed. Therefore it is not criminal activity.
Say that the Son is too young to have Facebook, therefore is violating the ToS. That is illegal
You cannot contact the Police, School or my parents because your son is commiting the offence, NOT YOU.
Say that and you're fine.

Ok.. I don't know why everyone cares about the Facebook Terms and Conditions.. Its not illegal to create a Facebook account if you are under 18.. It just violates terms and conditions.

Secondly.. It's not your school's business what goes on on the internet, OUTSIDE of school time.

Thirdly.. Police may give you a warning.. But not a recorded one.. They'll give you "Now mister.. Don't do this again.." Speech but they won't record it.

The ABSOLUTE WORST that could happen is that Gustav's parents tell your parents, and if your parents give a fuc*.. You might get grounded or some shit..

Firstly, they cant really do anyhting to you... your under 18

they would'nt have enought proof to proove that you hacked the account... if this goes further... the will take your computer away for investigation..

dont worry, it will be over... i doubt they gna call the police.

Why would they take my pc?
When i acually havent used any hack to get his password when he sended it to me? Or should i remove all my virus codes and code program for security? (save them on an usb so i don't need to restart)

I suggest encrypting your keyloggers etc.
