Reason: I hacked hes facebook.
Answer (from me): He gave his password awey to me and to the public, If he gave hes password awey so haven't I hacked him. He has also got hes facebook account back and hes just 11 Years old, if you read the facebook's rules so is it an text there it says, +13 ONLY.
Please should I be scared or what? I have no idea what i should do because I really don't want them to go to the police / my highschool.
Please answer someone?!

if the person who got his account hacked or taken agrees that he gave his password to you... that is not classed as hacked.. no need to change anything on your pc...

Nothing to worry about... To me his parents are just as ignorant as their 11 year old child. Telling you that they will call your school is a joke. If he publicly gave out his password and email to the account then it is not hacking. Hacking is the unlawful taking or accessing of something, like an account. You did hack nor commit any crimes. Also, you can just deny that you did it. Clear your browsing history and you should be fine, the police are not going to waste their time going through files and files of history sent by the internet company nor will they waste their time on anything.
You yourself did not break any laws. By the way, there really isn't any laws regarding simple stuff like this yet in many states.

Well first off, it's stupid that they said they'd tell your school, because it isn't school related :derp:
Second, he gave you his password, you didn't hack to gain it. But I think you did do something illegal by accessing it and changing stuff. Best bet is to contact facebook and get it sorted out.
