But opinions don't govern us. Laws do. Smile

Exactly. And when opinions impede on other people's basic freedoms (like I was just doing by my previous response), they should be ignored rather considered in things like law.

Blacks shouldn't be married because there's less of them. Hindu's shouldn't be married because there's less of them. It's all just opinion, right?

As long as the law agrees with me, it's all good, right? Just like when it was legal to own slaves?

I'm not trying to make it law. All I am saying is because I am straight I don't like to see them doing their thing in public just like you don't like to see Carling's doing their thing in public. (Even though it's oh so schmexy. :p)

i really don think anyone should screw around in public. but gays do it more often, thats the thing that frustrates me. its not a double standard, its the fact they impose their views on others by doing everything in public

Why not? It's not a big deal, just don't watch or go away.

I really doubt that.

there is nothing similar. if a christian is shouting about being a christian in public, you would get mad and say they're stupid

I think that the right to marriage should be only allowed between man and woman, but also i think that homosexual folk should have similar rights just not marriage, like the civil partnership.
