This thread is to be filled with the hopes and dreams of the NGU community on what they want to be when they "grow up". I also have taken into consideration that part of NGU is already "grown up", so if you fall under that category feel free to share your job and if you like it. :biggrin:

I myself want to be a politician or lawyer when I grow up but realistically I will probably go into engineering like most of my family and make some good money. :megusta:

A product design engineer or designer ^_^
Am already training for it and soon maybe have a job

dont do it, its a lonely job derek i did it for abit for royal mail ive just gone back to walking on delivery, suppose it depends who you work for but it'll have you up all hours on long boring motorways, i couldnt stand it, as they say on top gear you'll be murdering prostitutes in no time just for something to do haha, even though your sat on your arse, its hard work

most jobs have ther pros/cons

the pay is pretty good though, keeping my options open for now though

yeah it is better pay i got paid more than im on now but its good to have other options open like you say, im a qualified plasterer so i do odd jobs on weekends cash in hand of course so tax man doesnt know :wink: im pondering at minute on trying a physio or masseur course i know someone at work that does it self employed on the side and i could do a few jobs for him because hes overun with customers it will take a long time to get it right though im pretty good on muscles, bones etc its just getting the right technique

Dreaming is what keep people sane. If there was no dreaming there wouldn't be half of what there is. Dreaming pushes people to be/make the very best. Never say no point in dreaming.
