They can simply illegally enter the U.S. again and do the same thing if they wished. I believe that since they committed the crime, they should face the same consequences as a normal citizen who committed the crime.

No, my attitude towards this is that a law like this would never work because of complications like this.

From my understanding this already is a law, and a child born for this purpose is called an "anchor child." Our criminal justice teacher discussed it with us one day.

*From my understanding* - A child born in the U.S. is a citizen - no matter what - and the parents may stay for 18 years to take care of them. This may be completely wrong, but it's how I comprehended it.

To be fair I think both sides of this argument leave room for "complications". I do still think deportation of the parent would be a good thing though, as the child would surely be better off in care than with someone of whom they gain all their morality from out doing robberies or murdering people or whatever it may be.

Death penalty

No, they should pay for the consequences. If they Commit murder (YOU ARE THE ****ING LOWEST PIECE OF SCUM ON EARTH IF YOU KILL), they should get the death penalty, not take the easy way and go back to your country. Child or not, if they did wrong, they have to man up to the consequences.

why waste our money having a trial? if they are highly suspected in a heinous crime, they obviously were involved in some way.

Im not a racist, but I will say illegal immigrants are very sneaky and steal lots of money from the IRS every year, and then their escape is running back to mexico.
If ANY immigrant not JUST mexicans come to america and do something that breaks the law in any way shape or form they should be deported..
