(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); the NDAA (national defense authorization act) has now been passed by Obama, what this allows him to do is:
anyone i mean ANYONE suspected of being a terrorist will be taken without a fair trial and the Bill of Rights technically has no call in this action.
With this, anyone suspected of being related to anykind of terrorism will be jailed until further notice
So in this case: a middle eastern man with a turban, an asian with a dented face, etc.

So what do you think?
Now, not only does America get to spy in our life as they wish, they get to jail us for no reason.

God damn people blow things out of proportion.

That doesn't matter one bit. My great uncle had dark skin and worked for a guy who had the same name as one of the hijackers from 9/11. Uncle was put on the no fly list for YEARS. If this law was active back in 9/11 days, that means he could be thrown into jail for God knows how long. This does not just apply for suspected terrorist, but for basically anyone they want to throw into jail. This kind of shit needs to be stopped. This violates our constitutional rights, and yes you should be disturbed by this law. This kind of shit is only heard of in 3rd world countries.

Purely coincidental. Names are common and there are many races in America. They wouldn't imprison him because of a name or color alone. There is a lot of people on the no fly list. It is precautionary rather than a punishment. There has to be evidence of terrorist or treasonous activities to imprison. I'm damn sure I don't want a terrorist being released because of 'his constitutional rights.' You plot to kill massive amounts of people and go against the US of A, there's plenty of fluids for your capital punishment.

In no way does it deprive 'our' constitutional rights. It doesn't deprive mine, I'm not a terrorist nor am I plotting terrorist acts. You lose your constitutional rights when you commit terrorism. Article 1, Section 9, Clause 2, The US Constitution.

It allows the military to detain any US citizen they want without a search warrant, trial or cause. It doesn't matter if you are a terrorist or not, they can still detain you without cause and this totally goes against the constitution. There are very few "terrorists" in this nation for us to pass such a bill. It is not needed regardless. Who knows what wacko leader we have, the bottom line is that they can detain you without cause and hold you for as long as they please, terrorist or not.

They can't roll up in Hummers and detain Joe the mechanic from down the street. There has to be specific evidence connecting you to a terrorist plot. There has to be evidence to give the order. Like I said, there won't be any detainment without legitimate evidence.
