Post: Just for fun: What you do for a living.

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); This thread is for what you do for a living and where you want to end up.

For example I'm 16 and just got my first job back in October as a Lifeguard at a local swimming pool. It's a good job good laugh but when something goes wrong it can be quite stressful.
I don't want to be there forever. When i finish with school i want to do a few years in the armed forces. Then I'm unsure from there on.

However i can't aspire to be something big like everyone else my age, like a lawyer, doctor, surgeon ect... as i am like the least academic person ever, if i lose interest in something i tend to give up quickly. School really hasn't worked for me so far i done okay in 4th year (Year 11 in England or 10th grade in America i think) none of the subjects really interest me, except PE. The annoying thing about it is I have the ability but I don't want to do it.

There's a little insight on what i do now and what i want to do, your shot Smile

Most Dope!
Im 14 and have been working for a year now at a grocery store.

I get .50 cent raise every 6 months and Im currently making about 9 dollars an hour, plus on sunday I make about 13 dollars an hour for time and a half. Of course, I have no time for sports because I work on the weekend and some other days I can pick up hours, but Im still making loads of cash for my age. I plan on leaving once I turn 18... Then I'm unsure of what to do. I'll probably stay in my home town attend a community college for 2, then eventually Ill go away some placed else or join the Navy.

Yet, I'm only in year one of highschool, so anything could happen. Hopefully Ill have have a career in mind before graduation.

I'm sure there is, but all that body armour and the helmet soaks it up a bit...
