There is one thing to be said about Ron Paul: he's happy. Happier than all of the other candidates. He might not have a real shot at winning, but he's having a chance to travel around the nation, meet tons of new people, and really just seems to be having a genuinely good time. He's rather refreshing after watching a Gingrich or Romney speech, which is the average speech from the political machine.
I still don't like any of the candidates conservatives have to choose from. I think, and this has been emphasized on nearly all media outlets, that the Republican Party is facing somewhat of an identity crisis right now; things they used to stand for are now things they are strongly against.
