Do sit ups / crunches daily, run.
That's all I do for my abs, haha.

Well you flex your abs to make them show and look real ripped. But that's more of pushing out than sucking in. You don't suck in to show muscle, you flex - applies to anything.

You need to lose the fat on your belly. Sprinting is the quickest way. Then you need to build your abs more. Sit ups, crunches, leg raises etc.

You gotta have like under 10% body fat to see your abs properly...Best way is to do long cardio session, and STRAIGHT AFTER do ab exercises for about 7 or 8 minutes with different exercises every 45 seconds or something

And also the key to getting all this = Sticking to your diet 1000%.

It takes a lot of dedication and discipline. Diet is important, natural foods help retain important nutrients and cut out saturated fats and sugars and simple carbs should be eaten rarely unless its in its purest form found in fruits and grains. Cardiovascular exercise helps cut fat all throughout the body, so results will be seen through a moderate exercise regimen that's consistent.

I just found this, it looks like a pretty straight forward video on the exercises that target the abdominal region.

As mentioned above there are 3 main factors
(In order)

Body fat percentage
Muscle size
Genetics

You need a very low BFP to see your abs like below 12% i believe

just keep eating you'll look amazing.

on a serious note, do 600+ situps a day. run run run, if you think you ran enough keep running. no if you suck in and "have" abs then you don't have abs, keep running do leg lifts, do planks. and then run some more eventually it would defined and good. it doesn't happen over night and sucking in means your still fat, having abs means no sucking in
