I've never heard of it, and my school doesn't run by any rules similar to social life. It's all about the education. However, it's not a nerd school or anything, it's a regular NYC public high-school.

Oh wow...that's actually a rule in some schools :p. Here it really doesn't matter because most marriages have 3 years or more difference in Egypt. I was in a relationship with a girl younger than me with 3 years :p Question though, what if that student failed 2 years and all his classmates were younger than him with 2 years, what would happen then?
