In my school, theres the 2 year rule, you dont go out with anyone more than 2 years older/younger than you. When this rule is broken shit goes down and its all people talk about for a while.
So does your school have any rules that everyone knows? My school has the 2 year rule and you never go for a shit at school. it just doesnt happen
Same as my school :y: a few have done it and because im preferably the biggest clown in my school / year i always have to say something first i call most people kiddy fiddlers and shit because they broke that 'curse' or whatever haha !

Haha, well its just an un-written rule, you cant break it lol. I was just kinda curious if its the same for other schools and if they have any more
2 years? Really... I've dated people 7 years yonger than me and 6 years older than me... My rules are.
1. Is she old enough to have left high school (ie. at least 17)
2. Is she younger than 35.
3. Is she a mature, sceptical, and interesting person.
4. Is she attractive.
So long as I answer "Yes" to all of the above, I'm going for it.
Oh, and people who think number 4 is shallow are lying to themselves. Guys who say they don't consider looks are either liars or too desperate to be picky. If there's no attraction it's not worth going for because you won't be able to make it work physically. Personality and intelligence matter a whole lot more, and consider looks only as a minor issue, but it still matters.
So yeah, 2 year rules? Sounds bloody stupid to me now, I'm pretty much on a 10 year rule (except I won't date someone still in school, it's not worth the hassle). But I guess for teens it's a bit different, after all if a 15 year old follows my rule they'll be snooping aroung the pre-schools and then we need to rent the pedobear costume again and that gets expensive.
The following 2 users say thank you to TornadoCreator for this useful post:

definitely the same by me apart from the fact my limit is 5-7 years older than me meaning im 15 you do the maths
i appreciate its the truth also about looks especially.
Wow, I'm amazed that schools actually do this. When I was in school they could care less who dated who. But if you think about it, it's not that bad. A 3 year difference would be a freshman and senior dating, so a 2 year difference would be anything else.
