Post: Major Airline Scam

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey, I have a problem and since I know some people here are into the law type of thing so I though maybe you can help me.

Well, We bought a ticket for one of our uncles to come over the the US.
When he got to the plane check in , they told him their was no space on the plane for him to get on and that he would have to buy another ticket for the next day since it was one flight a day.
It was a buisness trip and we had to buy another ticket so he can come, since he had to be at a certain place at a certain time.
We then called the company and told them what happened.
I spoke to over 3 managers/supervisors and over 4 regular support people.
All of them hung up on me and left me on hold.
I had been on the phone on hold for over 1 hour.

Is their anything I can do?
We called the bank but they said we have to wait till the actual payment is charged (which it was already)
When I also spoke to the support supervisors, they said that he wasn't on time.
I don't remember where on the website it said "They have to be their 3 hours before" , but it actually said 2 hours, my uncle was their over 2 hours early.

The airline is Volaris

in the UK there are many ways to get the money back but by far the easiest is to get the bank to handle it, ask for an INDEMNITY against the payment and they will return your cash

Maybe get all the proof you can. Then contact the Better Business Bureau, and/or A Lawyer.

A lawyer will cost more than what I actually wasted? Will I get all the money I actually lost back? Like the money of lawyer+ticket refund?
