A lot of people think just because they do ab workouts they are going to get a six pack. This is so wrong. I recommend doing a 3 minute warm up jog, stretch, run for 10 minutes then do your ab workouts at the end. Cardio is so important, it's what makes you lose most of weight. Then ab workouts just tones, strengthens and shapes your core.

Take a quick jog round your block when you get home from school, get home and do 20 situps and/or crunches .
You can do them in the morning as well, just do them until you feel the burn on your stomach .

To get a 6 pack you need less than about 12% body fat eating unhealthy wont help you'll just have to work harder. Try to run about 2 miles than take a 5 min break after go do 30 crunches, about a min of bicycles, than grab a 10pound weight and do a min of twists and finish it off with another 30 chrunches but try to keep your feet elevated.(put them on a couch or bed if not to high, also try to go all the way up) Some other exercises you could do are leg lifts and planking (not that gay shit where you just lay down on something). Good luck and keep in shape!
(also if you wana eat healthy force yourself you might not like it but if you eat enough you'll get an acquired taste)

you cant expect to get in shape by doing a few situps and then eating junk food, you gotta eat healthy and push yourself in your work outs
