because your photobucket bandwidht has exceeded its maximum. host your images on tinypic instead

Your bandwidth has exceeded. Meaning you uploaded too many pictures. Also, make your album accessable only privately not publicly. What I do is make multiple photobucket accounts. Delete 1/4 of your photos from your current album, and make a new one and upload the ones you deleted there.
