If all else fails invest in some natural sleeping aids (melatonin etc) and take them at about 11/12, get used to falling asleep around then. Play sports/go outside around 6pm and come in around 8 or 9, take the sleep aids and start to do something that isnt stimulating(read a book!) and it will calm you down to get ready to sleep.

Thank you a lot mate. :y:

Do a barrel roll!
Best thing to do is pull an all-nighter.

By the next night you will be really tired at around 6-7PM...hold out for a while, it's an effort to keep your eyes open but try and last until 10-11PM and go to sleep and you should wake up back in normal hours.

Same shit happens to me every single half-term/summer etc.

if your tired no matter what time it is just lay in bed. your body is telling you something, listen to it

Go to be at 11pm, set an alarm for 8am.
If you don't sleep, deal with it, eventually you will be so tired you will fall asleep instantly .

Just tell your parents to get on your tail and wake you up at a decent time.
