Hi guys, basically I need help with my sleeping pattern, it's completely f*cked now that I don't go to school, my pattern's been like this for months and I think It's time to fix it it's f*cking my social life.
I wake up around 6PM and be up all night and go to sleep about 10am (when I get tired)
Anyways to fix it? I don't like coffee to keep me up.
Start slowly. Try your best to stay up naturally. drink energy drinks or whatever it takes. If all else fails invest in some natural sleeping aids (melatonin etc) and take them at about 11/12, get used to falling asleep around then. Play sports/go outside around 6pm and come in around 8 or 9, take the sleep aids and start to do something that isnt stimulating(read a book!) and it will calm you down to get ready to sleep.
By the next night you will be really tired at around 6-7PM...hold out for a while, it's an effort to keep your eyes open but try and last until 10-11PM and go to sleep and you should wake up back in normal hours.
Same shit happens to me every single half-term/summer etc.
