(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi guys, basically I need help with my sleeping pattern, it's completely f*cked now that I don't go to school, my pattern's been like this for months and I think It's time to fix it it's f*cking my social life.

I wake up around 6PM and be up all night and go to sleep about 10am (when I get tired)

Anyways to fix it? I don't like coffee to keep me up.

Last summer I once woke up at 5:30 pm and went to bed at 9 am... it's not impossible

instead of working backwards, why not forwards. go to sleep one hour later every day. soon enough, months on end, youll end up with a normal bedtime and wake up time.
