(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi guys, basically I need help with my sleeping pattern, it's completely f*cked now that I don't go to school, my pattern's been like this for months and I think It's time to fix it it's f*cking my social life.

I wake up around 6PM and be up all night and go to sleep about 10am (when I get tired)

Anyways to fix it? I don't like coffee to keep me up.

I do the same thing, But i get up around 1pm and go to sleep at around 3 or 4 am.

So when you wake up you get to eat dinner not breakfast. How does someone wake up at 6pm and goes to sleep at 10 am. This make no sense you must be trolling us.

Every day go to sleep an hour earlier until you're back to normal..

I can assure you i'm not trolling you. And yeah I get dinner instead of breakfast, my pattern is fucked up.

Sit on here lmao. It's 4am now. Or I watch a movie or something. But most of my friends pattern's are fucked up to lol. So I have people to talk to.

Start slowly. Try your best to stay up naturally. drink energy drinks or whatever it takes. If all else fails invest in some natural sleeping aids (melatonin etc) and take them at about 11/12, get used to falling asleep around then. Play sports/go outside around 6pm and come in around 8 or 9, take the sleep aids and start to do something that isnt stimulating(read a book!) and it will calm you down to get ready to sleep.
