Wait...did you just say, the British army is the worst in the world? You really need to do some research my friend. The only reason that more and more troops are dieing is because the government won't pay for the equipment the troops desperately need to fight. They ask for better vehicles but the government won't pay for them. They ask for the things they need, but the government is so ****ed up they don't even support their own campaign. They start war, but don't pay for war. Another reason is the Taliban are increasing their attacks. RPG's, bad enough, RPG's with nails in them even worse. Now they are trying to get their hands on SAM rockets, meaning they will be able to take down the helicopters. They are also increasing the use if IED's. They place them in irrigation ditches because as soon as they start to fire at troops, the first place they will go to is a ditch.
I think for the regular army it is 32 weeks of training, then some are sent out a week after that. However, they still train after they have passed (obviously) and they don't stop training.
On topic, I would go in the British army. If not that then the RAF.
I just wonder how many people chose Marines because of a certain game .......You know someone will have....it's true.
Firstly, you've just contradicted yourself, they can't take down helicopters if there isn't which you just said the British Army haven't got. Secondly, you've just said the answer to why they're being killed without realising it: lack of training the fact that they have 32 weeks or whatever of training and only practice with blanks might contribute to the fact that they're all being killed.
This also answers the previous bit as if they're not trained properly there is no point giving them expensive and complicated vehicles and weapons is there? If you are old enough to be a taxpayer then you will be contributing to the cost of this expensive equipment and therefore you should be complaining that money that could actually be spent usefully somewhere else is being wastefully spent on a group of people who are not helping anyone or contributing to anything and are just frequently being killed.
Lastly, the British Government did not opt to start a war with Iraq ect. they were forced into it through their relationship with America.
Phew...(Out of breath)..
