Basically, this kid is going to jail for 50 years for beating the shit out of a girl with a steel toe boot. In my honest opinion, if I was him, I would've killed the bitch. She was texting him nasty things about his dead brother prior to this. Keep in mind, the defendant was undergoing extreme depression and life issues due to him finding his brother 5 months prior hanging on a tree.

And then this bitch comes in and starts talking shit about him? Fuck that. Shit don't fly. She got what she deserved and he goes to jail for it.

That's my rant on the situation, but the fact of the matter is the he should be found not guilty under the reason of insanity. Think about it: depressed as fuck for 5 months. His life sucked. And then this bitch came along and set him over the top. Under medical terms, he was insane. With that, he shouldn't be going to jail for 50 years, whereas he should just be baker-acted.

What do you guys think? Like I was trying to imply, he shouldn't face any jail time.. at all.

I don't believe in "karma" or any of that. I'm a pretty straight shooter when it comes to life. Bitch got what she deserved and you're completely right in the sense that she's wrong, however, I don't think wishing death upon her innocent mother is the way to go.
