(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Im looking for some headphones with really hard hitting bass and good sound clarity. I dont want the bass to just overpower the rest of the sound either.

Beats :ha!:

Don't go with Bose. You are paying a premium for the noise cancellation and you skimp out on sound.

If you want the best headphones for the money (they beat Beats by a longshot) get the ATH M50's.

If you'd like some reviews here you go:

And if you'd like to see their ranking on Head-Fi:

They are one of the best headphones out there for the money. The first two are way over $1000, so you can see the quality in these headphones. But for the love of GOD don't buy beats.

Please for the love of God don't waste money on Dr Dre Beats you should spend money on another set of headphones that are actually worth the price. Instead get a pair of Sennheiser's or AKG's, I have AKG K 701's and they are great all round headphones but are lacking in the Bass department, about the only thing beats accel at is bass and to be honest if you want that you probably don't care much about music.

Depends how much you wanna spend but if you've got good ears for sound get some Sennheisers. HD 25's are top quality for about £125-150 ish get em in the US too

I've got AKG 518DJ good quality, quite cheap price and the low end frequencies are good. Midrange Sennheiser will probably be alright for this dude.
