(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Im looking for some headphones with really hard hitting bass and good sound clarity. I dont want the bass to just overpower the rest of the sound either.

I have Beats By Dre, They are good yes, but they are very mainstream. Dont get me wrong awesome sound quality. But the Sennheiser HD205 are pretty sweet and have Crystal clear sound quality and they are rather cheap. Lots of famous people wear them, just like the beats.

Famous people wearing them just means they are paid to advertise them, hence why beats are so looked up to.

Know a few people who have beats and brag about them, and notice how they say stuff on the lines of 'hold on let me put away my beats'
Fking brand names, anyone who believes in them are retarded. I've got a pair of on ear Sennheisers and they do the job, but are fairly lower market than what you recommend, but if you want just in ears AKGs are freaking awesome Happy

Sennheiser headphones are AWESOME! I used a pair in a studio, but I use Beats by Dre normally.

For sound and quality, can't go wrong with Astro's. I have the A40's so the A50's are bound to be even better, and they double as a multi-platform mic so :p

Loved mine ever since I bought them, only problem with mine is the build quality, but they are so comfy it's unbelievable :p

Official list of the best and most reliable headphones.
1. Anything but beats.
2. Bose (Best over all sound quality)
3. Skullcandy (Strictly for the life time warranty and price)

Also look at good brands like Sennheiser, Sony, Audio Tecnica, etc. Look at a bunch of reviews, they'll help you find exactly what you want.

If you like bass then go with beats and use the equalizer on the device your using to control them. Imo they are the only headphones that last the rest I had either broke easy or had minor/major problems. Only flaw with beats are they make your head hurt after listening to music loudly on they for a long period of time such as 5+ hrs
