The kid should of gotten hit. It would of been one less dumbass on the planet.

I totally agree with IZombieGod, a child so small and helpless still should be in the company of an adult to cross a road like this. The child was lucky to escape with life, and the parents should be questioned about why they are being so inconsequential leaving their young kid walk alone through the streets. It's very irresponsible from the parents in my opinion.
