Post: Getting into shape?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey, So i need help getting into get into a better physical shape than i am.

Basically Im 5'7, 147 pounds but its all mostly fat. I need a way to lose the fat and gain muscle. I know its Eat better, Work out but consept but i can never stick to them because :

1) I can never find any motivation to work out. I used to ride 20k on a bike like 4 times a week but i just got bored and stopped doing it.

2) Same with number 1, i eat healthy for a couple of weeks but just go bored with rabbit food everyday, and caved in to the temptation of junk food.

The closet gym to me is around a 2 hour walk as i cant drive yet. I have no way of getting there which sucks.

Can anyone reccoment any good workout plans/Diets that have worked for them relating weight loss and muscle building. Im sure some people on here can help me out Smile

Have you ever tried to use music as motivation, a good rock song always gets me motivated to run
and for eating I just drink two glasses of water before eat which get you full faster.But sadly I stopped running because MW3 made me to lazy

Do a barrel roll!
Take your top off, look in the mirror. If your unhappy with what you see then that should be enough motivation to do something.

Yeah i did use music while i was riding it did make more detirmined tbf, i need to get more i only have around 150 song on my ipod :/. That water idea is good ill try it Smile

To get good at it its like droping an addiction you start "droping it slowly" in this case its increase slowly to you get use to it than increase more etc... To get you to work out... DO you feel good being fat knowing that the reason some girls dont like you are because your fat people proably talk behind your back and call you little fatty and listen to dubstep!

Easier said than done mate.

I have tried this loads of times, i see im not in the right shape and i try and do something about it, then point 1 and 2 happen. Its like a continuous circle.

Obviously harder for you if you dont have access to a gym as well. I've been working out a lot recently. I've got the summer off from university and dont have a job right now though so its been pretty easy focusing my routine al around the gym etc.

I'm with you. I've lost 10 pounds in around 3 weeks with Intermittent Fasting. You should try it.
