Are you high?
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey, So i need help getting into get into a better physical shape than i am.

Basically Im 5'7, 147 pounds but its all mostly fat. I need a way to lose the fat and gain muscle. I know its Eat better, Work out but consept but i can never stick to them because :

1) I can never find any motivation to work out. I used to ride 20k on a bike like 4 times a week but i just got bored and stopped doing it.

2) Same with number 1, i eat healthy for a couple of weeks but just go bored with rabbit food everyday, and caved in to the temptation of junk food.

The closet gym to me is around a 2 hour walk as i cant drive yet. I have no way of getting there which sucks.

Can anyone reccoment any good workout plans/Diets that have worked for them relating weight loss and muscle building. Im sure some people on here can help me out Smile

( Please no "fat fag" comment :/ )

Cheers.

1- Create a list of what your body prevents you from doing

2- Imagine how will people treat you differently after you lose weight

3- Sign up on BodyBuilding.com

4- Don't strave yourself, just eat a deficit of 500.

5- Sign up at your gym for one year, why? When you pay for a year, you will go, because if you don't, "you will feel like wasting your money". Pick an expensive gym too if you can. It helps 100%.

6- Let your friends know about it, and nah no through social sites, just be like I'm losing weight soon. It will make you go gym/cut, or otherwise you will look as a phaggot in front of them.

7- Make it a life style

Lastly..

Looking for Workout/diets on a gaming forum is a wrong place, like I told you head over to BodyBuilding.com, it's an amazing site with tons of help/workout/meals. Keep us updated OP. :y:

And the reason i posted it up on here is because there are hunderds of thousands of people here so i gathered someone will have some good info.

Two hours away...

Jog or cycle to the gym and you're already warmed up.

Running is the simplest exercise. Motivation is entirely up to you, what motivates me probably wouldn't mean much to you.. The most common is to take vein photos of yourself.. So pick your starting day and go! Take a photo of what you look like before so you can see how far you come when you get results.

If you're asking how to do it then you must want to do it otherwise you're just wasting people's time who answer, you want to do it so get out there and do it!

The idea of exercise isn't that it's easy, it will be very hard to do and you will have to put in a lot of time and effort.. There are shortcuts I suppose:

Eating - If you can try intermittent fasting, basically you skip meals a couple of times a week but you can eat what you want. I'd look it up in more detail because it's a lot to explain but basically I will skip breakfast and lunch on two days out of the week and not eat till about 6pm. Also drink a lot during this time as well. The first thing I started off with is drinking two full glasses of water first thing in the morning. Water is good!

Exercise - Running is OK, depending on how you run.. the fastest but most difficult results come from High Intensity Interval Training, HIIT, again it's best to look on youtube for better examples of workouts because there are so many to choose from. My favourite one is: 5 minute warmup jog / Interval (20 second all out sprint / 40 second jog) x 10 / 5 minute cooldown jog. That will be very very very hard to do but will give great results.

Nope Life things. For example, if you are fat, you can't be good at football, or you can't take out your shirt at a beach without being embarrased, etc.
